Ingest
Raw swaths from Sentinel-1/2, Landsat, Planet and SAR constellations land in the mesh in under ten minutes.
Earth-observation pipeline · live
SkyData ingests raw satellite swaths and returns corrected, fused, vectorised geodata — through API, in your stack, at planetary scale.
Trusted by 140+ teams in agritech, insurance and infrastructure
The pipeline
One mesh, zero re-encoding. Every stage ships provenance, uncertainty and per-pixel timestamps.
Raw swaths from Sentinel-1/2, Landsat, Planet and SAR constellations land in the mesh in under ten minutes.
Atmospheric, topographic and radiometric correction — automatically, per scene, per band.
Multi-temporal stacking across cloud cover, sensor gaps and orbit changes.
Change detection and object extraction output geo-referenced GeoJSON, STAC and COG.
Push to your lake, S3 or warehouse — or stream via API with a provenance hash per pixel.
Live compare
Drag the line: raw downlink on the left, our pipeline output on the right — back at your API in under a minute.

Use cases
Field-level NDVI, stress and yield signals — before the satellite even flies over.
Damage mapping and claim verification at parcel level, hours after the event.
Construction progress, material stockpiles and compliance — updated weekly.
Reservoir volumes, glacier mass and fire risk from fused optical + SAR.
Developer first
REST + webhooks. SDKs for Python, TypeScript and Go. STAC-native, versioned, boring on purpose.

Field notes
We cut damage-mapping turnaround from six days to four hours. SkyData is now default in our claims workflow.
The first pipeline that treats provenance as a first-class citizen. Audits just stopped being a project.
We stream deltas, not scenes. Our infra bill dropped 60% — and our analysts finally sleep.

FAQ
All major open and commercial datasets — Sentinel-1 & 2, Landsat 8/9, Planet, SPOT, Maxar and most SAR constellations. Bring-your-own imagery is supported too: your files go through the exact same correction stack.
You process within your plan's monthly km² allowance. Overage is automatic — no throttling — and billed at your plan's per-km² rate. Deltas and change products count at 0.25×.
All of your data is stored in Germany (EU) on Hetzner's infrastructure (hetzner.de), inside isolated tenancy buckets — nothing leaves the EU. We are SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and ISO 27001. Constellation can self-host the final stages on-prem.
Yes. Every product ships as STAC + COG + GeoJSON with checksums, and webhooks fire per tile. Many teams use SkyData purely as the correction layer and stream the rest to their own lake.
14 days of Flight: 200 km² free, all products, full API access. No card required. Your processed history stays yours — exportable at any time.
We launch with the full territory of the Slovak Republic — every processed tile, catalog entry and vector layer in the first release. New countries join the catalog as we scale; the changelog announces each new batch.
